YANA Community Safety Norms
1. Mutual Confidentiality
What is uttered in a circle or 1-on-1 stays within that container. No recording, screenshotting, or sharing.
2. No Unsolicited Advice
We hold space first. We do not jump in to “fix” other people's grief or offer patronizing fixes.
3. Zero Stigma & Respect
Everyone's background, identity, and personal history are treated with unconditional positive regard.
4. Non-Clinical Boundaries
Volunteers do not prescribe, diagnose, or act as medical clinicians. Emergency crises are escalated immediately to 1926.
